Follow 5 quick steps to package and send your plastics.
Sort plastics by type and label each package clearly (e.g. PLA, PETG).
Use a sturdy box, add a secondary bag for small pieces and include a prepaid label.

Ship it using the easiest or cheapest option available.
When your plastic arrives it will be weighed and checked by type. You earn points for the amount you send; points can be used for future rewards and benefits.
Absolutely! In fact it is preferred as it minimizes deliveries (and therefore reduces overall CO2 in the process). Just make sure to clearly have separate bags/containers inside the shipping box, clearly labelled with the type of plastic.
Try to reuse a cardboard box you already have! We will recycle the packaging to the best of our ability.
Place small pieces in a sealed bag inside your box to prevent loss in transit. Label each bag with the material type if sending multiple materials.
Freezer bags or bin bags are ideal for this. We will try our best to find a way to recycle or reuse whatever is sent.
We do not due to logistical and financial complications involved. Instead we reward you by paying favourably through a point-based scheme based on weight that can be used for future rewards and benefits. The aim is to make it so when you do send in a parcel, you will hopefully make more back in points.
If you are a frequent/large generator of waste such as a business or hobbyist with a few printers (i.e. >10kg monthly or every couple of months) then please contact us as we may be able to offer a solution such as partial or full coverage of the shipping.
No, but we highly recommend you wait until you have at least 2-3kg before sending it in.
When your parcel arrives we weigh and verify each of the material types sent in and then credit points to your account based on the weight received. Points will be redeemable for future rewards and benefits once our store launches.
Points are calculated based on the weight and type of plastic you send, as well as your membership tier (Basic or Premium members receive a 20% bonus).

Different plastic types may have different point values based on recycling difficulty and market demand. All point rates are transparent and visible before you ship.
Absolutely, there will be tiers for those who send waste in reliably and/or correctly. The higher tiers will have better points-per-gram ratios.
You can go up a tier by either hitting a specific number of shipments or a total mass donated.
You must sign in to receive points.
The points rewarded on a received shipment of waste plastic may differ from the gross mass sent in. We will try our best to include comments about why this happened, such as incorrect plastics or unusable plastic.
We reserve the right to block or delete your account and/or refuse parcels and/or not apply points if you continually send mixed plastics or items not specified on the list of things we accept. We are a small recycling start-up who can only take specific items. We do not accept 'broad' recycling like your domestic green bins.
Yes. We are based out of Exeter, UK. This will be updated once the premise is confirmed. You are welcome to come see the recycling process too!

We hope to make a pool for charities/local makerspaces that focus on education and a way to either donate your points to it or use your points to outright buy filament to send to them.
